We like to make sure that our clients know what to expect when they select one of our monthly accounting service offerings. Our subscription prices and the terms of our services are clearly noted on our website. When you select a monthly subscription, the cost of that subscription is charged upon checkout. If no changes are made to your monthly subscription, you should expect the next months subscription to be automatically charged every 30 days.
What Happens When You Change Your Monthly Subscription
We want our clients to maintain control of their monthly subscription costs, as we only want to provide the accounting services our clients need and can afford. For this reason, we allow our clients to change their monthly subscriptions at any time. When a monthly subscription is cancelled prior to the end of the month, a pro-rated credit is automatically generated for the number of days left in the month that is automatically applied to the next month’s subscription or, or the next time services are added or changed. If a monthly subscription is added, a pro-rated amount is automatically charged to the account on file for the number of days in the current month, then the new subscription amount is charged 30 days later. We require our clients to provide us with 30-days’ notice if they want to cancel all monthly accounting services with a few exceptions.
Monthly Subscription Changes are Effective Immediately
While our clients have the option to cancel their monthly accounting subscriptions at any time, we recommend to our clients to wait until the end of the month to change key services such as Bank Feed Categorizations, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reports, and Payroll services. The reason for this is because any changes to your monthly services take effect immediately as pro-rated credits are automatically issued for your subscription. To avoid incomplete monthly services, you should wait until the last day of the month to change your monthly services with Lend A Hand Accounting.
