One of the first lists that you should create in your new QuickBooks Online account is your Products and Services List. Your products and services will need to be setup before you start creating estimates, projects, invoices, sales receipts, vendor bills or expense entries in QBO. You will not be able to create any purchase or sales forms that include the products and services that you purchase and sell until you have created your product and service items.
