There will not be any transactions under your customer account if you do not create sales forms. Customer Invoices should be created in your QBO account each time you sell a product and service item that your customer will be paying you for on terms. You should create Customer Invoices in QBO if you would like to create sales reports and produce meaningful financial reports for your business.
