If you have selected Sales Receipt Services, your accountant will match and add new sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. When your accountant is categorizing bank feed transactions, they may not have enough information to match sales receipts to deposits. Third-party sales transaction reports should be uploaded into a folder within your secure document upload portal. Your accountant will send you notifications requesting sales receipt information that will show up on your client dashboard. You will select sales receipts from a list and enter sales receipt information into a form directly within the request on your client dashboard.
