When you purchase or sell products and services they are included in your sales and purchase forms. Many of our monthly accounting services will require the selection or adding of product and service items. You may also select our one-time service for the Setup of Products and Services in QuickBooks Online. Your accountant will routinely send you a notifications requesting products and services information that will show up on your client dashboard. You can select existing products and services and add new products and services directly within the request on your client dashboard.

Some Entry Fields are Required, While Others are Optional

Your accountant will add product and service item details with the provided information. In order to add product and service items you should complete all required fields. Products and services must be setup before your accountant can create sales and purchase forms. Please see a list of required product and service setup fields below.

  • Expense Account (COGS)
