We have a short but comprehensive list of one-time service offerings. When you select one time services, your invoice is automatically generated and charged to the credit card on file. Our one-time services are non-refundable with a few exceptions. We can credit one-time services if you have selected them in error and the work is not needed and has not been done. We ask that you contact us immediately if you make a service selection error so that we can take immediate action. Our one-time services are designed to help our clients with short-term problems such as auditing and cleaning up their books. Our signature Good Bookkeeping Audit & Clean-Up™ Service was specifically created to help business owners that have been using QuickBooks Online with reconciling their bank balances to their QuickBooks Online account register balances and creating reliable tax ready financial reports for their business. We offer one-time services for the periodic clean-up of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances and the setup of QBO lists and categories.
One-Time Services are Completed Quickly with Prompt Updates
Some one-time services take longer to complete than others. For example, the setup of Classes and Locations, or a Customized Chart of Accounts is generally completed within 48 hours, as these are straightforward lists. The creation of Customer Invoices with Billable Expenses and Customer Deposits can take a few days to complete if there are numerous transactions to review and mark as billable with applicable tax and markup, as this is a collaborative process between the accountant and client. Your accountant will work quickly for you and provide you with prompt updates on the delivery of your services.
One-Time Services are Selected Throughout the Year as Needed
The reason we have one-time service offerings is because many of our clients are either new QuickBooks Online users, or they have had a change in staff that impacted their books. Some of our services are only needed annually, such as our Vendor Setup Plus 1099 Prep with E-File. We additionally offer a one-time service for Amended State B&O Sales Tax Returns for clients that are being audited or feel that their prior State return needs to be reviewed and amended for some reason. Our most popular one-time service is our Good Bookkeeping Audit & Clean-Up™ Service.
